Leveraging the power of an advanced fan system, the welding fumes are efficiently drawn into the air inlet of our device through a versatile universal suction hood. At the entrance, a robust flame arrester is strategically positioned to block sparks, ensuring optimal safety. The soot-laden air then flows into a meticulously designed settling chamber, where gravity and upward airflow work in tandem to first deposit coarse dust directly into the ash bucket. Fine particulate soot is meticulously captured on the surface of the high-efficiency filter element. As the air continues its journey, it passes through this filter element, which purifies the gas, allowing clean air to flow seamlessly into the clean room. Here, the air undergoes an additional layer of purification through an activated carbon filter, ensuring that what is finally discharged through the outlet is nothing but pristine, purified air.
