As it traverses the specially designed filler layer, a dynamic interaction between the exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid occurs. This vital gas-liquid two-phase contact facilitates an absorption and neutralization reaction, purging the impurities from the exhaust. Post-purification, the acid mist exhaust is expertly dewatered and defogged by a high-performance demister plate, after which it is safely released into the atmosphere, propelled by a robust fan system. The process doesn't stop there; the absorption liquid, having performed its task, is then pressurized by a pump located at the base of the tower. This pressurized liquid is sprayed downwards from the top of the tower, ensuring complete coverage and efficiency before cycling back to the tower's bottom for reuse.
