Step 1--- Placing Order & Paying Deposit (before production) Start your seamless experience by placing your order and securing it with a deposit. This initial step ensures the commencement of production.
Step 2--- Arranging Production & Contacting Freight Forwarder to Book Space Once your order is placed, we promptly arrange the production and coordinate with freight forwarders to secure the necessary shipping space.
Step 3--- Completing the Final Payment (two days before the end of production) To ensure a smooth transition, we require the completion of the final payment two days prior to the production conclusion.
Step 4--- Informing Transportation Company to Transport Goods to the Port Upon final payment, we notify the transportation company to handle the logistics of transporting your goods to the designated port.
Step 5--- Marking Each Product and Its Parts with Corresponding English Names For ease of identification, each product and its components are marked with their respective English names using a marker.
Step 6--- Including English Version of Product Instructions in Cargo Box To facilitate user understanding, an English version of the product instructions is included in each cargo box.
Step 7--- Sending Factory Videos and Pictures to Customers We maintain transparency by sending videos and pictures of our factory operations directly to our customers.
