The Spray Tower Wet Scrubber is a sophisticated solution, meticulously engineered to treat and purify exhaust gases laden with acid mist, ensuring cleaner emissions. The process unfolds seamlessly: the acid-laden exhaust gas is expertly channeled into the purification tower via an air duct. As it ascends through the filler layer, a harmonious gas-liquid interaction occurs between the exhaust gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid, leading to a thorough neutralization and purification reaction. After this transformative process, the once-hazardous acid mist is exquisitely purified, then skillfully dewatered and defogged by a demister plate. The final step sees the purified gas discharged safely into the atmosphere, propelled by a fan. Simultaneously, the absorption liquid, having been pressurized by a pump at the tower's base, cascades down from the tower's summit, completing an efficient recycle loop. This innovative system ensures that the purified acid mist exhaust gas impeccably meets stringent emission standards.
