This advanced system operates seamlessly as follows: Acid mist-laden exhaust gas is channeled into the purification tower through an air duct, where it encounters the sophisticated filler layer. Here, the exhaust gas interacts intricately with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid, facilitating an efficient gas-liquid two-phase process. This results in a comprehensive contact and neutralization reaction. Once the acid mist exhaust gas is thoroughly purified, it undergoes a meticulous dewatering and defogging process via a precision-engineered demister plate, before being safely released into the atmosphere by a robust fan system. The absorption liquid, having been pressurized by a high-efficiency pump at the tower's base, is elegantly sprayed down from the top of the tower, completing the cycle by returning to the base for sustainable recycling. This ensures that the purified acid mist exhaust gas consistently adheres to the highest emission standards.
