The state-of-the-art spray tower wet scrubber is a premier solution for the treatment and purification of exhaust gases laden with acid mist. The process unfolds as follows: initially, the acid mist exhaust gas is seamlessly channeled into the purification tower via an air duct. As it ascends, it traverses a meticulously designed filler layer, where it engages in an intensive gas-liquid two-phase interaction with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid. This critical phase ensures comprehensive contact for the absorption and neutralization reaction. Upon the completion of purification, the exhaust gas, now free from harmful acid mist, is meticulously dewatered and defogged by an advanced demister plate. A powerful fan then facilitates its safe release into the atmosphere, ensuring compliance with stringent emission standards. Meanwhile, the absorption liquid, after being expertly pressurized by a robust pump located at the tower's base, is elegantly sprayed from the tower's summit, before gracefully returning to the tower's base for efficient recycling.
