Once the acid mist exhaust gas has been meticulously purified, it undergoes a dewatering and defogging process via a state-of-the-art demister plate before being seamlessly discharged into the atmosphere with the aid of a powerful fan. The sodium hydroxide absorption liquid, essential to the purification process, is adeptly sprayed from the top of the tower, having been pressurized by a robust pump located at the base, and is ingeniously recycled back to the tower's bottom, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
