Here's how it operates: Once the acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower via the air duct, it navigates through the filler layer. Here, the exhaust gas engages in a dynamic gas-liquid two-phase interaction with a sodium hydroxide absorption liquid. This interaction ensures thorough contact for an efficient absorption and neutralization reaction. Upon successful purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is meticulously dewatered and defogged using a demister plate before being safely discharged into the atmosphere by a high-performance fan. The absorption liquid, skillfully pressurized by a pump located at the tower's base, is sprayed from the top of the tower, cascading gracefully and recycling back to the base, ensuring sustainability. Rest assured, the purified acid mist exhaust gas fully complies with rigorous emission standards.
