Step 1--- Placing Order & Paying Deposit (before production): Secure your order by placing it and ensuring the deposit is paid before we commence production.
Step 2--- Arranging Production & Contacting Freight Forwarder to Book Space: We initiate production and coordinate with the freight forwarder to reserve shipping space, ensuring a smooth logistics process.
Step 3--- Completing the Final Payment (two days before the end of production): Settle the remaining balance two days prior to the completion of production to facilitate timely dispatch.
Step 4--- Informing the Transportation Company to Transport Goods to the Port: Once production is complete, we notify the transportation company to move your goods to the port, ready for shipping.
Step 5--- Marking the Corresponding English Name for Each Product and Product Parts with Marker: Each product and its parts will be clearly labeled with their English names, ensuring easy identification and handling.
Step 6--- Including English Version of Product Instructions in the Cargo Box: To assist with installation and use, an English version of the product instructions will be included in each cargo box.
Step 7--- Sending Videos and Pictures of Factory to Customers: To provide transparency and keep you informed, we will send videos and photos of our factory, showcasing your products and the production process.
