Harnessing the power of advanced fan technology, our system efficiently draws welding fumes through the universal suction hood into the air inlet. Equipped with a flame arrester at the entrance to block sparks, the device guides the soot-laden air into the settling chamber. Leveraging the forces of gravity and upward airflow, coarse dust is immediately directed into the ash bucket, while finer particulate soot adheres to the filter element's surface. Post filtration, the purified gas passes through the filter core into the clean room, where an activated carbon filter further refines the air. Finally, the thoroughly purified air is released through the outlet, ensuring a cleaner, safer environment.
