As it travels through the intricate filler layer, a remarkable gas-liquid two-phase interaction occurs. This interaction involves the complete engagement of the exhaust gas with a sodium hydroxide absorption liquid, leading to an absorption and neutralization reaction that effectively purifies the air. Once the acid mist exhaust gas has been thoroughly purified, it is expertly dewatered and defogged by a state-of-the-art demister plate. With the assistance of a powerful fan, the now clean air is safely discharged into the atmosphere, complying with stringent emission standards. The absorption liquid is dynamically sprayed down from the top of the tower, pressurized by a pump located at the base, and is subsequently recycled for continuous use, enhancing efficiency and sustainability.
