Here, it traverses a specially designed filler layer, where it engages in a state-of-the-art gas-liquid two-phase interaction. This process facilitates full contact with our sodium hydroxide absorption liquid, resulting in a robust absorption and neutralization reaction. Once the acid mist exhaust is thoroughly purified, it undergoes an advanced dewatering and defogging process via an innovative demister plate, before being safely discharged into the atmosphere with the assistance of a powerful fan. The absorption liquid, having been efficiently pressurized by a pump at the tower's base, is methodically sprayed from the tower's top and ultimately recycled back to the bottom, ensuring a sustainable loop.
