Product Description

Harnessing the compelling gravitational force of the fan, the welding fumes are efficiently drawn into the device through a universal suction hood. At the air inlet, a flame arrester is strategically positioned to block sparks, leading the soot gas into the settling chamber. Here, coarse dust particles are separated and directed to the ash bucket, thanks to gravity and an upward airflow. Particulate soot is then trapped on the filter element's surface. The purified gas flows through the filter core into the clean room, where it encounters an activated carbon filter for additional purification. Finally, the pristine air is released through the outlet, ensuring a cleaner and safer environment.
