Step 1--- Placing order & Paying deposit (before production). Begin your purchase journey with us by placing your order and securing it with a deposit. This crucial step sets the stage for a seamless production process.
Step 2--- Arranging production & Contacting freight forwarder to book space. Once your order is confirmed, we promptly initiate production and coordinate with our trusted freight forwarder to reserve shipping space, ensuring timely delivery.
Step 3--- Completing the final payment (two days before the end of the production). As we near the completion of production, we request the final payment to finalize your order. This step ensures all financial aspects are settled before shipment.
Step 4--- Informing the transportation company to transport goods to the port. With production complete and payments settled, we notify the transportation company to move your goods to the port, preparing them for their journey to you.
Step 5--- Marking the corresponding English name for each product and product parts with a marker. Each product and its components are meticulously labeled with their English names, facilitating easy identification and assembly upon arrival.
Step 6--- The English version of the product instructions will be placed in the cargo box. To ensure smooth operation, an English version of the product instructions is included in the cargo box, providing clear guidance on usage and maintenance.
