Product Description

The spray tower wet scrubber is an innovative solution primarily designed for the efficient treatment and purification of exhaust gases laden with acid mist. Here's how it operates: The exhaust laden with acid mist is carefully introduced into our advanced purification tower via an air duct. As it moves through the intricately designed filler layer, a transformative gas-liquid two-phase interaction occurs between the exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid. This thorough contact facilitates an effective absorption and neutralization reaction that ensures the exhaust is meticulously purified. Once purified, the exhaust gas is expertly dewatered and defogged through a state-of-the-art demister plate before being safely discharged into the atmosphere via a fan. The absorption liquid, having been pressurized by a pump at the tower's base, is strategically sprayed from the top of the tower, enabling seamless recycling back to the tower's base. The result is a purified acid mist exhaust gas that consistently meets and exceeds emission standards.
