Here, the exhaust gas forms a synergistic contact with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid, resulting in a thorough absorption and neutralization reaction. Once the acid mist exhaust gas is purified to perfection, it undergoes an efficient dewatering and defogging process through our precision-engineered demister plate. The fully purified gas is then gently released into the atmosphere, aided by a powerful fan. Meanwhile, the absorption liquid is meticulously pressurized by a robust pump at the tower's base, ensuring it cascades down the tower's apex, where it's collected for recycling back to the base.
